In the first quarter of 2022, the most luxurious and costly apartment in Downtown Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Zone 4 was sold for Dh73 million, followed by another luxurious apartment in Business Bay’s Dorchester Collection Dubai that was sold for Dh69 million.

Many owners of luxury residences in Dubai are delaying their plans to sell their properties in an attempt to bolster their profits, as it is anticipated that prices will go up much further. The Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay, District 1, and Dubai Hills in particular are predicted to have a 10 to 15% annual increase in pricing growth.
